My son and I attended your weekend improv session and he LOVED it. He’s got ADHD & is rarely encouraged to be silly, impulsive & energetic, so this was perfect.

I just wanted to thank you SO much again for this wonderful workshop. Our family had such a great time and it was perfect for our Autistic son. In fact, he’s been asking to do it again :)

Thanks again for last week. I know that everyone loves when you come! It really does improve social skills!

I wanted to send you a warm and big thanks for leading the improv exercises during the Jam. Everyone loved you! They thought you were really great. So thanks for setting such a positive tone for the weekend.

The improv exercises were great for people on the Autism Spectrum. Tessa did a great job of keeping people involved and focused on the task. I highly recommend this workshop to people who need practice quickly generating ideas, getting in touch with their feelings, and interacting with others.

I think it was great for the kids to be able to link reading and storytelling with movement and meditation. It’s so important for kids to learn how to manage their emotional responses, and teaching them stress reduction – in the form of meditation, yoga, and even reading – is key for their developmental success! I would love to see more of this kind of programming happen in our schools.

“I was looking for a corporate exercise program and Tessa was so flexible! She worked with me to make it simple, and was even able to come to our office at lunch-time. She made sure to cater to all skill levels, advanced down to beginner. It was a perfect, relaxing mid-day flow- exactly what we were looking for! We have her coming back on a biweekly basis for some workday stress relief!
